Please tell the hotel you are with the Association of Professional Birth Professionals Conference to receive the special rate.  The room rate is $89.00.  The hotel can give you information on the allowed room capacity when you call to make your reservations.

Your conference rate includes the conference fee, lunch and scheduled activities.  Breakfast is provided.  Dinner will be provided on Wednesday evening with the Annual Dinner/Gala, otherwise, dinner is on your own.  An airport shuttle is provided by the hotel for participants staying at the hotel only.   You must contact the hotel with your travel information.

We have many special events planned within the conference.

If you are arriving on Monday, we will have “visiting time” together that evening.

There will be a pajama party and “tales from the trade” on Tuesday night and we will take the infamous photo (you must be there to find out what that is).

The “Call the Midwife” costume day, if you have one, is on Wednesday (with prizes for best costumes).  The Annual Dinner/Gala will be on Wednesday night.  This will be a very special treat.

A High Tea will be celebrated on Thursday afternoon.

We will have a Silent Auction again this year and would appreciate each registrant bringing a new item to donate for the auction.
