An Exceptional Expanded Lineup*
Pre-conference (Tuesday) will feature the inimitable Barbara Harper’s Waterbirth Course for Birth Professionals, including certification at a reduced price.
Main conference (Wednesday-Friday morning) offers an exceptional group of speakers—Barbara Harper, Abbe Keen, Rita Ledbetter, Connie Mullen, Kristin Schuchmann, and Susan Wilson. Included in conference registration are two lunches, helpful vendor area, a public open house with Barbara presenting an introduction to waterbirth, gala dinner and annual ACBP business meeting, the ever-popular silent auction, conversation gatherings, and more.
Post conference (Friday afternoon) provides peer review for ACBP members or NRP training with lunch included.
A Beautiful, Historic Venue
Our venue is the beautiful Drury Plaza Hotel in St. Charles, Missouri, near St. Louis. Historic Main Street is just steps away with its brick streets, gaslights, shops, and more than 25 restaurants. Lodging is not included in conference registration. Rooms at the Drury Plaza Hotel include complimentary hot breakfast, evening drinks and snacks, Wi-Fi, and facilities like a pool, fitness center, and business center. For reservations made by 8/8/24, our reduced group rate is $99 per person for a double-occupancy ($198 single occupancy), non-smoking room with two queen beds. After that date, reservations will be on a space-available basis at prevailing rates.

Individual reservations must be canceled prior to 12:00 p.m. on the day before the reservation’s confirmed date of arrival in order to avoid a non-refundable fee equal to one night’s room rate plus tax. The hotel requires a valid payment card and photo ID to be presented at check-in. Check-In Time: 3:00 p.m. Check-Out Time: 11:00 a.m. Arrangements may be made for baggage storage with the Hotel’s front desk staff.

The best opportunity is early bird pricing, originally ending June 30–NOW EXTENDED TO JULY 15! But we know birth professionals, so later registration is also available, including walk-ins (though meals are not included in registrations received after August 31).
