Conference 2025

Come and see what God has done

Psalm 66:5a (NIV)

Come and see…

  • Friends you’ve made through ACBP over the years,
  • A warm and welcoming environment with fellow Christian birth professionals,
  • Varied educational sessions for students to seasoned pros,
  • Gorgeous Montana, with beautiful scenery and activities for the whole family,
  • And above all come and see Jesus!

Content

Our speaker lineup includes Vicki Penwell of Mercy in Action, Montana physician Tom Flass, Stephen Griffith, and some of your favorite ACBP speakers addressing a variety of relevant topics — click here for more speaker information. CEUs will be granted by ACBP. MEAC CEUs are expected, subject to MEAC approval. (MEAC CEUs must be purchased as a conference add-on.)

Schedule

This year’s conference includes a bonus half day and meals! It will be held all day September 8-10 (Monday-Wednesday), and peer review and post-conference options will be offered September 11 (Thursday morning). Single-day conference registration is available.

We expect to offer a post-conference workshop on Helping Babies Breathe, but arrangements are still in progress. For information, please check back here or indicate when registering that you’d like to be notified when it becomes available.

Location & Travel

Our venue is Glacier Bible Camp, on the edge of magnificent Glacier National Park. Many recreational activities are available in the area—fishing, river rafting, hiking, backcountry backpacking, zip line, high ropes, roller coaster, and more. Opportunities for companion activities are being planned—bring the whole family and enjoy this gorgeous part of God’s creation!

The closest airport is Glacier Park International in Kalispell, Montana, 14 miles from our meeting location. We recommend comparing—there may be savings with an airport farther away and a rental vehicle.

Meals

Meals are included in conference registration so you can enjoy the important benefit of fellowship. Optional companion meals are available, with meals free for children ages 0-4 and at child price for ages 5-12. Adult prices apply for age 13 and above.

Lodging

Conference lodging will be in beautiful Glacier Mountain Lodge, with private bath for each room but limited availability. This is a camp setting, without amenities like TV but featuring refreshing peace and quiet surrounded by the beauty of Montana! Rooms have two queen beds or one queen bed and bunks. Overflow lodging will be in Teakettle Lodge, with dorm-style rooms and shared hallway bathrooms.

Regular full conference lodging is for either one or two people per room and is purchased separately from registration. It includes four nights (Sunday night, September 7 through Wednesday night, September 10). For double, you may request a roommate, or ACBP will assign one. Single-night lodging is also available the same nights.

Larger-family lodging is available in Teakettle Lodge, with dorm-style rooms and shared hallway bathrooms. A limited number of RV full hookups and cabins are also available—at least one person must be attending the conference each day. Contact us before registering at acbpconference@gmail.com for information about child and family lodging options.
